National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)
The National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), initiated by the MSDE, offers valuable apprenticeship recruitment services that create industry training opportunities for ITI pass-outs and 10th/12th graduates aged 16 and above. Eligible industries can engage apprentices in accordance with government norms. Candidates benefit from practical skill training, receive up to ₹1,500/month in DBT support, and earn a government-recognized certification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), part of the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme under the Ministry of Education (MoE), supports apprenticeship recruitment services for companies with 4–29 employees. This initiative is open to graduates, diploma holders, and vocational pass-outs aged 18–35. The scheme provides industry-oriented training, career guidance, ₹4,000–₹4,500 per month in DBT support, and government-recognized certification to help candidates become job-ready professionals.
